Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- At least 10 years working experience in all task of recruitment functions.
- Good understanding about competency development and Good leadership and supervising skills.
- Logical and systematic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active,
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize task efficiently.
- Good service minded and communication skills.
- Able to work as a team player and under pressure.
- Good command of English.
